INGREDIENTS
- 2 teaspoons organic matcha powder (it’s very important to have high quality matcha)
- 3 tablespoons warm filtered water
- 1 teaspoon organic unfiltered honey
- ¼ cup organic grass-fed milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Spoon the matcha in a cup or mug with the warm filtered water.
- Whisk until the powder is fully blended and the matcha is a tad foamy (I used a bamboo matcha whisk).
- Then, add the honey to the matcha. Stir well.
- Then, pour the milk into a stainless-steel cup.
- Steam the milk using an espresso steamer. Tilt the cup at a 45-degree angle and swirl slowly until the milk foams.
- Pour the milk and foamed milk over the matcha. Top with more honey if you would like.
